Project Edge lines up your wearable data with your trade history, day by day. In two minutes you see how your sleep, HRV and recovery relate to your results, and get a trading rule built from your own numbers.

Step 1 · Body data
Your Oura, WHOOP, Garmin, Samsung Health or Fitbit export. Drop the ZIP file just as it arrives, or one or more CSV or JSON files.

How to get your filesStep-by-step for Oura, WHOOP, Garmin, Samsung, Fitbit, Apple Watch, MT5 and cTrader
Wearables
Oura
On a computer, sign in to Oura's Membership Hub (membership.ouraring.com).
Choose Export data, then Request your data.
When Oura emails you, download the ZIP and drop it into Step 1 as it is.
Can take up to 10 daysWHOOP
In the WHOOP app, open More → App Settings → Data Export. On Android it's More → Data Export.
Tap Create Export and confirm your email.
Download the ZIP from the email and drop it into Step 1.
Usually within 24 hoursGarmin
On the Garmin Connect website, open your profile, then Account Settings.
Find Export Your Data (in some regions under Data Management) and request it.
Drop the ZIP from Garmin's email into Step 1. Project Edge reads the sleep and HRV files inside it.
Garmin emails a link; it can take a few daysSamsung Galaxy Watch
In Samsung Health, open the menu, then Settings → Download personal data.
The CSV files are saved in your phone's Download / Samsung Health folder.
Choose the sleep files in Step 1. You can select several at once.
Fitbit or Pixel Watch
Go to Google Takeout (takeout.google.com) and select only Fitbit.
Drop the ZIP you receive into Step 1.
Apple Watch
Apple Health's own export is one very large XML file that Project Edge can't read yet. Use an app that exports Apple Health to CSV, such as Health Auto Export, and drop the sleep and HRV files into Step 1.
No wearable
Keep a simple log in a spreadsheet: a Date column, then numbers such as hours slept and how rested you felt from 1 to 10. Save it as CSV. After 30 trading days you'll have enough for a real result.
Trading platforms
MetaTrader 5
In MT5 on a computer, open the Toolbox (Ctrl+T) and the History tab.
Pick the period, then right-click the list and choose Report → HTML or Open XML.
Drop the saved file into Step 2.
cTrader
Open the History tab and choose Statement.
Pick Excel and include all columns.
Drop the .xlsx file into Step 2.
Any other platform
Any CSV or Excel file works if it has one row per closed trade, a close date and a profit column. If Project Edge picks the wrong columns, change them under Columns and options.
Use at least 30 trading days that overlap with your wearable data. Two to three months gives a far more reliable result.
